Our customers are at the heart of all that we do and we are delighted to be able to say that they have voted us the Consumer People’s Choice Award winners for the fourth year running (2022 - 2025) - making us the recipients for nine out of the last ten years.
77% of customers are very satisfied with our service, which is 15% higher than the average score across all New Zealand banks.
As well as being voted first overall, we were rated #1 in four categories: our mobile app, digital banking features, interest on savings and personal loan interest rates.
