You can find your customer number in the following places:

  • In the Mobile app
  • Via the Internet Banking - Password reset page
  • On your Statement
  • On the back of your EFTPOS card (not Debit Mastercard or Fair Rate Credit Card).

Mobile app

  1. Log into the mobile app and tap on Menu in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap on Settings in the menu, then tap Personal details and Customer number.

Via the Internet Banking - Password reset page

  1. Visit the password reset page and click the I don't know my customer number link below the Customer number box.

  2. Click whether you would like to receive your customer number to your mobile or via email. Then enter the mobile or email address you have registered in the field below.

  3. Click Submit . A confirmation box will display on screen, you can then click Close.

On your Statement

On the statement for any Current or Savings account that you own, just above the list of transactions is the account number labelled Account No. Your customer number is the first 7 digits of this number.

Note: If the account statement is for a joint account, the customer number on the statement might belong to the primary holder of the account, which may not be you.
