For customers who may require emergency financial assistance, we are available on 0800 554 554 between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm over the weekend.
- Open the mobile app and tap on Forgot at the bottom left of the number keypad.
- Then tap on Reset PIN. You’ll need to enter your customer number and password to continue.
Can’t remember your customer number? You can find it in the following places:
- In the Mobile app
- Via the Internet Banking - Password reset page
- On your Statement
- On the back of your EFTPOS card (not Debit Mastercard or Fair Rate Credit Card).
