Changes to our Debit Mastercard Terms and Conditions.
From 30 July 2025, we’re increasing the daily transaction limit on our Debit Mastercard from $4,000 to $10,000. This addresses a key area of feedback from customers and is consistent with industry standards. This change will be updated in our User Guide and Terms & Conditions - Debit Mastercard®” document.

We are also removing the advance notice period required for changes to these Terms and Conditions. This change aligns with the new Code of Banking Practice, which has no 14-day advance notice period. We will aim to give notice in accordance with the Code of Banking Practice which is available here or at any Co-operative Bank branch. The new User Guide and Terms & Conditions - Debit Mastercard®” document applies to all new and existing customers from 30 July 2025.
