How to manage your insurance
The IAG insurance hub is where you can view and make changes to your new insurance policies such as updating your policy details, excesses and payment options, as well as get a quote for other insurance.
To make changes to any current Asset Care insurance policies - Asset Care Home, Contents, Vehicle (incl. Boat, Caravan/Motorhome, Trailer) policies established prior to 16 July 2025, you’ll need to contact IAG on 0800 340 333.

How to access the IAG insurance hub
You can access the hub via your Co-operative Bank mobile app and internet banking.
To manage an existing policy, navigate to the insurance section within the mobile app or internet banking, select the relevant policy and follow the prompts to the IAG insurance hub. The first time you visit the hub, you will need to register using the details on your policy.
To start a quote for a new policy, navigate to the Open and Apply menu and select the insurance you would like.
What you can do in the IAG insurance hub
You can use the IAG insurance hub to:
- Get a quote for new insurance
- View your existing policies
- Update your contact details
- Manage your payment method and frequency
- Adjust your sum insured and excess
- Add or remove optional benefits
How to pay for your policy, or make changes to payment details
You can manage your payment details in the IAG insurance hub.
- Log in to your Co-operative Bank mobile app or internet banking.
- Select Insurance in the menu to view your policies.
- Select the relevant policy and select Manage your policy.
- Log in to the IAG insurance hub using the details you registered with.
- Select the relevant policy and select View policy.
- Scroll down to payment plan or payment method and follow the prompts.

How to continue an existing quote
If you previously logged into the IAG insurance hub you can continue your quote in the IAG insurance hub.
- Log in to your Co-operative Bank mobile app or internet banking
- Select Open and Apply in the menu and scroll down to the bottom of the Insurance section and tap on the IAG insurance hub link.
- Log in to the IAG insurance hub using the details you registered with.
- Under Quotes, you will see which quotes are not completed. You will be able to click on the quote to continue from where you left off.
If you do not have an IAG insurance hub log in, you will need to call IAG on 0800 340 333 to complete your quote.
How to change the Optional benefits on a policy
You can change the Optional benefits on your policy in the IAG insurance hub.
- Log in to your Co-operative Bank mobile app or internet banking.
- Select Insurance in the menu to view your policies.
- Select the relevant policy and select Manage your policy.
- Log in to the IAG insurance hub using the details you registered with. If it’s your first time using the hub, you’ll need to register as a new user first.
- Locate the relevant policy and select View policy.
- In the Policy details page, select View all details.
- Scroll down to the Optional benefits section.
- Select Edit Optional benefits and follow the prompts.

Managing existing Asset Care policies
To make changes to any current Asset Care insurance policies - Asset Care Home, Contents, Vehicle (incl. Boat, Caravan/Motorhome, Trailer) policies established prior to 16 July 2025, you’ll need to contact IAG on 0800 340 333.
From early 2026, at your next annual renewal, your Asset Care insurance will be moved to new policies with new features, and you will then be able to manage your insurance policies in the IAG insurance hub. We’ll send you more information about the new policies closer to the time.
