The company is a registered bank (the Bank) regulated by The Reserve Bank of New Zealand (the Reserve Bank), and the 100% owner of Co-operative Life Limited (Co-op Life) a registered insurer also regulated by the Reserve Bank. The Conditions of Registration imposed by the Reserve Bank can be found in our Disclosure Statement.
The Bank is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the shareholders. The shareholders are our customers.
