Director Election process and timeline
Thursday 28 May 2026 – Wednesday 24 June 2026
Voting in the Director Election is now closed.
Issue of Voting instructions: Information about the candidates and voting instructions including a personalised Voting Validation Number and PIN are issued to eligible shareholders (individual account holders aged 16 years and over) from Thursday 28 May 2026.
Voting: Votes can be cast from Thursday 28 May to 5pm Wednesday 24 June 2026
Wednesday 1 July 2026
Director Election Results: The election result will be announced at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) starting at 5.30pm, Wednesday 1 July 2026. A summary of results will be published on the Bank's website the following day.

The Electoral Oversight Panel
The Electoral Oversight Panel is an independent body appointed pursuant to the Constitution. Their role is to support shareholders with their decision to vote on director elections or re-elections by overseeing relevant Board processes, obtaining assurance on appropriate consideration of any shareholder nominees, and reporting to shareholders on the integrity of these processes in accordance with the Charter
