Get started with Apple Pay
On your iPhone - using the Co-operative Bank app
To get started, if you haven’t already got it, you’ll need to download The Co-operative Bank app.
Open the Menu at the bottom of the screen and tap Cards.
Select the card you want to add to Apple Pay.
Follow the prompts to complete the process.
Done! You’re ready to make a purchase with Apple Pay.
On your iPhone – using Apple Wallet.
Open Apple Wallet on your iPhone and tap the plus sign (+) to get started. You also have the option to add your card to any paired Apple Watch.
Done.
Pay with just a tap.
You can now pay with your Co‑operative Bank card anywhere you see the Apple Pay or contactless payment symbol in-store, online or in your favourite participating apps – it’s easy with Apple Pay.
In-store
With iPhone: Double-click the side button or home button, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, then hold your device near the reader to pay.
With Apple Watch: Double-click the side button, then hold your device near the reader to finish your purchase.
Online or in-app
When purchasing online or in-app, tap the button, confirm your billing and shipping information, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
