Get started with Google Pay™

You can set up Google Pay and add an eligible Co-operative Bank Mastercard® to Google Wallet in a few simple steps.

On your Android device - using the Co-operative Bank app

To get started, if you haven’t already got it, you’ll need to download The Co-operative Bank app.

Open the Menu at the bottom of the screen and tap Cards.



Select the card you want to add to Google Wallet.



Follow the steps to add your Co-operative card. Done.



On your Android device - using the Google Wallet™ app

Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device and tap + Add to Wallet button, then follow the steps to add card details, read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Done.

In-store

Simply wake up your phone. No need to open the app.

Hold the back of your device near the contactless terminal and wait for the blue checkmark.

Online or in-app

At the checkout, simply select the Google Pay purchase button.

Before confirming your order, you might be asked to pick a payment method and enter your shipping address.

Google Pay can also be used on websites from your desktop. Visit pay.google.com to set this up.

Lost or stolen phone?

Call us as soon as possible on 0800 554 554 (from overseas +64 9 526 2426), so we can block transactions on your eligible card. You can also use Android Device Manager to help you find, lock, and erase your phone.
