How to log in or register for the IAG insurance hub
The IAG insurance hub is IAG New Zealand Limited's (IAG) online platform where you can manage your insurance such as updating your policy details, excesses, and payment options, as well as get a quote for other insurance.
The log in information for the IAG insurance hub is different to what you use to log in to your Co-operative Bank mobile app or internet banking.
Who can use the IAG insurance hub?
If you have used the IAG insurance hub before, you can log in using the email address or mobile number you used when registering with IAG.
If you have not used the IAG insurance hub before, you will need to register as a new user.
To register, you need to use the email address or mobile number currently listed on your customer profile.
For any existing Asset Care policies, contact IAG on 0800 340 333 to make changes to your policy.
Registering for IAG insurance hub
To register, follow the steps below:
- Select the Register as a new user button
- On the new screen, enter your email address or mobile number, and your date of birth. The email address or mobile number entered must match the details currently listed on your insurance policy. Once you have read and agreed to the Terms of Use, tick the box to confirm. Then click Next.
- On the next screen, enter your First and Last names and click Next.
- On the next screen, create and enter the password you would like to use for your IAG insurance hub. Please note, this is different from the password you use to log in to your Co-operative Bank internet banking.
- A 6-digit verification code will then be sent to the email address or mobile number you entered on the previous screen. Check your emails or text messages to find the verification code. You must enter the code on this screen within 5 minutes.
- Enter the verification code and click Complete registration. A success message will display, and you will be logged into your IAG insurance hub where you can manage your existing policies or start a new quote.
Didn’t receive a verification code?
If you don’t receive the verification code or confirmation messages, you can click Resend. If you still don’t receive the message, please call IAG on 0800 340 333 for support.
Logging in to your IAG insurance hub
To log in, follow the steps below:
- On the next screen, enter the email address or mobile number provided during registration and your password and select log in. Please note, this is different from the password you use to log in to your Co-operative Bank internet banking.
- A 6-digit verification code will then be sent to the email address or mobile number you entered. Check your emails or text messages to find the code. You must enter the code on this screen within 5 minutes. If you don’t receive the code, you can click resend on the verify code screen.
- Enter the verification code and click verify code. A success message will display, and you will be logged into your IAG insurance hub where you can manage your existing policies or start a new quote.
Resetting your password
You can reset your password by selecting Forgot password below the password field, on the log in screen. You will need to enter your email address or mobile number, and your date of birth to begin the process.
You can also change your password once you are logged in to your IAG insurance hub.
