Making a Life, Trauma or Loan insurance claim | To make a claim call us on 0800 554 554, Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and weekends 9am - 4pm, or you can visit one of our branches. When you call, we will need the policy number for the claim and will let you know anything else needed to get the claim process underway. Note: Any amount payable will be paid to the policy owner(s) or to your estate. |
