Terms and Conditions - Survey Prezzy Card Draw

  1. Three account holders will be selected to receive a prize on 16th September 2025 (the Prize Draw). Each prize winner will be randomly selected from the total pool of eligible Prize Draw entries.
  2. The prize will be a $100 Prezzy Virtual Card or such other substitute of the same value at The Co-operative Bank’s absolute discretion (Prize).
  3. Each account holder with The Co-operative Bank who:
    1. receives an internet banking message from The Co-operative Bank sent on 28th August 2025 with the subject line “We’d love to hear from you”;
    2. completes the survey “Share your thoughts on our internet banking platform” included in the above internet banking message by 11:59 pm on 14th September 2025;
    3. elects to enter the Prize Draw when prompted after completing the survey,
    4. will be entered into the Prize Draw.
  4. Each account holder is eligible for a single Prize Draw entry only. Joint account holders are eligible for one Prize Draw entry in respect of their joint account for the purposes of this competition.
  5. All Co-operative Bank directors, employees, contractors and agents are ineligible for an entry into the Prize Draw except to the extent that their joint account holder, being someone who is not a Co-operative Bank director, employee, contractor or agent becomes eligible for the Prize Draw.
  6. The following persons are ineligible for entry into the Prize Draw, at The Co-operative Bank’s discretion:
    1. auditors who are appointed to oversee the Prize Draws;
    2. employees of any company providing Prizes; and
    3. the spouses, partners and dependents of any of the above.
  7. The Co-operative Bank has the right to contact the winner of each Prize Draw and will attempt to contact each winner of the Prize Draw within 10 days of the date of the Prize Draw.
  8. The Co-operative Bank will make all reasonable endeavours to contact the winners of the Prize Draw. If a winner cannot be contacted by The Co-operative Bank within 30 days of the Prize Draw, their Prize will be forfeited.
  9. If a Prize is forfeited under clause 8, The Co-operative Bank may, at its absolute discretion, re-draw that Prize from amongst the entrants of the original Prize Draw (each a Re-Draw). The Co-operative Bank has the right to contact any re-drawn winner and will attempt to do so within 10 days of the Re-Draw. If the re-drawn winner cannot be contacted by The Co-operative Bank within 30 days of the Re-Draw, their Prize will be forfeited.
  10. The Prizes will be sent to the winners via email. Therefore, each winner must have a valid email address to receive the Prize and provide that email address to The Co-operative Bank.
  11. Any decision by The Co-operative Bank on all matters relating to the Prize Draw will be final and binding.
  12. The Co-operative Bank reserves the right to amend the Prize Draw eligibility and these terms and conditions, suspend the Prize Draw, or withdraw the Prize Draw completely at any time.
  13. The Co-operative Bank accepts no responsibility for any inability on behalf of the Prize Draw winner to be able to activate, redeem or otherwise use the Prize.
  14. The Co-operative Bank accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of any person participating in a Prize Draw.
  15. The Co-operative Bank accepts no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of a Prize to any Prize Draw winner.
