- Promotion Period
This Promotion begins at 12:00am on 23 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 31 July 2026.
- Offer
Eligible customers will each receive an equal share of a $25,000 prize pool (the Prize).
- Eligibility
To be eligible, customers must:
- a. Join The Co‑operative Bank during the Promotion Period;
- b. Open an Everyday account by 31 July 2026; and
- c. Complete at least three card transactions on that Everyday account by 31 August 2026.
- Card transactions
For the purposes of this Promotion, a “card transaction” means a successfully authorised and settled purchase made using a Co-operative EFTPOS, Debit Mastercard or Fair Rate Credit Card.
The following do not qualify as card transactions:
- ATM withdrawals or cash advances
- Reversals, refunds, chargebacks, or disputed transactions
- Declined or unprocessed transactions
- Transfers between accounts
- Bill payments not processed as a card transaction
- Gambling, betting, or quasi‑cash transactions (including cryptocurrency purchases, where applicable)
- Fees, interest, or other non-purchase transactions
- Prize allocation
The Prize will be divided equally among all eligible customers.The value of each individual payment will depend on the total number of eligible customers.
- Payment
Each eligible customer’s share will be credited to their Everyday account on or around 18 September 2026.
- No minimum value
The Co‑operative Bank does not guarantee a minimum payment amount for each customer.
- Exclusions
Directors, employees, and contractors of The Co‑operative Bank are not eligible to participate. The Co-operative Bank reserves the right to decline any application to open an Account, or to accept any application in part only. If for any reason, we decline an application where money has already been paid into an Account, we will pay any interest on each such deposit at any rates in force from the date we received the application for the period that the deposit is held by us.
- Decisions final
All decisions made by The Co‑operative Bank regarding this Promotion, including eligibility and payment calculations, are final.
- Variation or withdrawal
The Co‑operative Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- Tax
The Co‑operative Bank accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from participation in this Promotion.
- General terms and conditions
The Ts and Cs for this Offer are to be read in conjunction with our General T’s and C’s.
The Co‑operative Bank reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies as a card transaction for the purposes of this Promotion.
