Jo enjoys the lending scenarios that need creative problem-solving, especially when the path to a home isn’t straightforward. She brings around 30 years of banking and lending experience to her work, but her starting point is simple: listen carefully, treat people with kindness and explain things in a way that makes sense.
Jo loves seeing a customer’s confidence grow as a plan starts to take shape. For her, there’s nothing better than helping people through the hard work and celebrating with them when they get there.
Jo lives in Southland and enjoys time with family and friends, getting out and about locally and catching up over coffee.
