For customers who may require emergency financial assistance, we are available on 0800 554 554 between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm over the weekend.
There are a range of ways we may be able to help, depending on your situation and if you are eligible, including;
- Repayment deferrals on home loans, personal loans or credit cards
- Interest only payments on home loans
- Extending the term of your loan to assist with on-going affordability
- Getting early access to Term Deposit funds (note this may result in less interest earned)
- A KiwiSaver hardship withdrawal or savings suspension
- Access to additional lending to cover immediate costs

The Disaster Claims Hub provides customers with important information relating to floods, cyclones, earthquakes, and other natural disasters. It also has information about how to stay safe and document any property damage.
