First‑year annual fee waived
Pay no annual fee for your first year, a $10 fee applies thereafter.
$10,000 daily limit
Access up to $10,000 per day through combined ATM withdrawals and transactions.

24/7 fraud monitoring to help detect and stop suspicious card activity.
If you think your card details have been compromised, you can instantly block your card in mobile or internet banking to help keep your account secure. If you need to dispute a transaction, just call us on 0800 554 554 and we’ll work through it together, blocking your card won’t start a dispute, but it does stop any further use while we investigate.

Card design & sustainability
We’ve introduced new card designs on 97% recycled PVC, making us one of only a few New Zealand banks offering cards made from recycled materials and reflecting our commitment to B-Corp certification.

These fees relate to Debit Mastercard. Transaction fees that relate to your account will depend on which account type you have and whether you qualify for a transaction fee exemption.
