Mobile app

  1. Log into the app and tap on Menu in the bottom navigation bar, then tap on Cards in the menu.
  2. Tap on your Fair Rate Credit Card account tile, and then on Change PIN.
  3. Enter your new PIN
  4. Enter your new PIN again to confirm.

Internet banking

  1. Log into internet banking and click on Settings.
  2. Click on Manage cards.
  3. Click on Change PIN.
  4. Enter your new PIN.
  5. Enter your new PIN again to confirm.
