Decreases in limits
Decreases in limits are processed instantly and don’t require a full credit application.
Increases in limits
When selecting to increase your limit, you'll be prompted to complete a full lending application and credit check and provide supporting documentation. Your application will be assessed by a staff member which can take a few business days.
Mobile app
- Log into the mobile app and tap on Menu in the bottom navigation bar, then tap on Cards in the menu.
- Tap on your Fair Rate Credit Card account tile, and then on Credit limit to increase or decrease your existing limit.
Internet banking
- Log into internet banking and click on the Fair Rate Credit Card account tile. The current credit limit is shown with the account details.
- Click Edit to either increase or decrease your existing limit.
