Other bank branded ATMs

Co-operative Bank customers can use any other bank branded ATMs nationwide (with our usual fees).

Additionally, some stores, such as supermarkets, allow customers to withdraw cash when making a purchase.

Independent ATMs - non-bank branded

Some independent (non-bank branded) ATMs may charge a fee for cash withdrawals.

Where a fee applies, you will be advised on screen and prompted to accept or reject it before continuing.

ATM deposits

At this point in time, making cash deposits to ATMs is unavailable.

EFTPOS card

Our EFTPOS card can be used to make purchases and cash withdrawals from retailers and ATMs all over New Zealand.

Debit Mastercard and Fair Rate Credit Card
