Find or receive messages and letters

Mobile app

1. Log into the mobile app and tap on Menu in the bottom navigation bar.
2. In the Menu screen, tap on Inbox .
3. In the next screen you will see two tabs; one called Messages which has messages from us and another called Letters which holds PDF copies of your letters.

Internet Banking

1. Log into Internet Banking and click on Messages beside the speech bubble icon at the top right-hand corner (if you are on a smaller screen, or zoomed in, you might just see the icon). 
2. In the next screen you will see two tabs; one called Inbox which has messages from us and another called Digital Letters which holds PDF copies of your letters.
