Mobile app

  1. Log into the mobile app, and tap on the account tile you would like to download a Proof of account PDF for.

  2. Next tap on the account number on the account details screen.

  3. Then tap on Proof of account tile in the menu at the bottom of the screen to generate the PDF document.

  4. From here you can tap on the Share icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen to share the document via email, message or other suitable applications on your device.

*Note - This function is not available on accounts where you are a signatory, but not the owner of the account (such as a child's account), or Term Deposits, Loans, Credit Card, and KiwiSaver.

Are your personal details up to date?

If your address is not up to date in our records, you can update in both the mobile app and Internet Banking.
