For customers who may require emergency financial assistance, we are available on 0800 554 554 between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm over the weekend.

Mobile app

Once logged in, on the home screen you’ll see a tile for each account you can access.

View Balances

On the home screen the account tiles will display the actual and available balance.

Enter account view, by tapping on the account tile. In account view, the actual and available balance is displayed, as well as the name on the account and your account number.

View transactions

You can view your transaction list in account view. At the top of the transaction list you’ll see any Upcoming Payments, like future automatic payments (if there are any scheduled in the next 7 days).

Below Upcoming Payments sits a list of transactions on your account, in descending date order. Tapping on a transaction expands it to display more info.

Search, share, download or print your transactions

Search your incomings and outgoings by tapping on Search, then entering a search term or amount into the search box. Alternatively you can use the amount or time period filters below the search box.

From this screen you can share, download or print the transaction list by tapping on the share icon.

Internet Banking

You can use Internet Banking from a web browser on a desktop, laptop computer, a mobile phone or tablet.

Once logged in, you will be in the Internet Banking dashboard, This gives you a quick overview of your banking without needing to look into specific accounts.

View balances

On the dashboard you’ll see tile for each account you can access.

On both the dashboard and in account view, the actual and available balance is displayed, as well as the account number and any account nickname, if you have chosen to set one.

Note: On larger screens you’ll see this information on the top left, and if the screen is smaller or you are visiting from a mobile, this information may float to the top of the screen.

View transactions

You can view your transactions below your account tiles on the dashboard.

At the top of the transaction list you’ll see any Upcoming Payments, like future Automatic Payments. Below Upcoming Payments sits a combined view of transactions across all your accounts, in descending date order. Selecting a transaction expands it to display more info.

To view your transaction list for individual accounts, simply click Select accounts and make your selection, or by entering account view for that account.
