Mobile app

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. Tap on the account tile you would like that statement for.
  3. Tap the statements icon on the top right of the account screen, next to the Settings icon.
  4. Select the statement you would like to see. To download a copy of the statement, tap the share icon in the top right of the screen and select your preferred option e.g. Save to Files.

If you need more than 12 months of statements, they are available on Internet Banking. Alternatively, you can share a transaction history PDF from search under your Account details.

Internet Banking

  1. Log into Internet Banking .
  2. Navigate to the account tile you would like to get a statement for and click on it.
  3. Once in the account view screen, under Transactions, click on Statements.
  4. View/download required statements by using the calendar or click on the available statements in the list below.

  1. Log into Internet Banking and click on the account tile you would like to get a statement for.
  2. Once in the account view screen, under Transactions, click on Statements. Change the dates and click on the Search button to widen your search.
  3. View/download required statements by using the calendar or click on the available statements in the list below.

Having difficulty opening statements from Internet Banking or mobile app

Usually the statement has actually downloaded, but it may not be obvious where it has downloaded to. If this happens to you, check for a folder or drive called Downloads on your device. If you are using the mobile app, first check to see that you have a modern PDF viewer installed. as this is required to view PDF files.

Physical statements by post

For customers who would like to receive posted statements we charge $1.50 per posted statement.

To avoid this charge, you can see your view your balances and view/download your statements in internet or mobile banking. Here you will be able to access your statements online 24/7 for free.
